  • DEC-005: Do we commission the freedom-to-operate opinion, and at what scope? Changes: GATE-G11 and the broadcast investment path.
  • DEC-025: Which customer does the first production venue serve, and who owns the venue-access thread? Changes: Which customer P3 serves and whether venue-scale evidence can be scheduled. Conflict: Access claims directly contradict each other.
  • DEC-027: What is the engineering process cadence — sprint length, review practice and definition of done adoption? Changes: The operating discipline used across every workstream. Conflict: Sprint-cadence dispute unresolved [CONFLICTING].
